Reservation and Cancelation policy
Daycare Stays
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, or you will be charged for the day.
Boarding Stays
Regular Bookings: You may make changes to your check-in or check-out dates up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. If changes are made less than 24 hours before check-in:

If you shorten the length of your stay (e.g. earlier pickup or later drop-off), you will still be responsible for payment of all originally booked nights.

If you cancel the entire stay, you will be required to pay for half of the booked stay.
Holidays (including long weekends): You may make changes to your check-in or check-out dates up to one week prior to your scheduled reservation. If changes are made less than one week before check-in:
